Industry & Application Tutorial Sessions

Industry & Applications Tutorial Session Proposals address the development and/or application of state-of-the-art control approaches & theory to real-world engineering applications. Session contributions include industry & government participants to provide maximum exposure to commercial and governmental application of control theory and techniques to students and academic participants.

A typical tutorial session starts with one 40- or 60-minute talk on the underlying theory or application area. After the lead presentation, there are usually several 20-minute talks highlighting particular aspects or applications of the topic area in further detail. The format is flexible as long as it serves the educational-tutorial purpose of these sessions. The durations of all presentations and panels are in multiples of 20 minutes, and the session length is the standard two hours. 

A "Lead Tutorial Paper" of extended length may be included in the proceedings for some Tutorial Sessions. Papers to accompany the additional 20-minute presentations in the session are encouraged, but not required.
